Job summary

United Surgical Partners International's USPI Arizona Specialty Hospital in Phoenix is seeking a full-time RN for PreOp/PACU with experience in PreOp and circulating roles. This position supports orthopedic and spinal surgery services in a high-standard inpatient setting.

The RN will provide quality patient care following the nursing plan, assist with positioning, prepping, and circulating during cases, and uphold the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Nursing License.
• Current BLS, ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years hospital experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in PreOp/PACU and circulating roles.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced surgery settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care using the nursing process and plan of care.
• Provide nursing care in the operating room during surgery cases.
• Work in PreOp/PACU (positioning/prepping) and circulating the case.
• Support the mission, vision, and values of USPI.
