A regional healthcare facility in Yuma, Arizona, is seeking an RN Preceptor to provide mentorship and education for new nurses. The ideal candidate has a BSN, 3+ years of experience, and current preceptor experience. Regular Full Time | 72.00 Hours Every Two Weeks.
Shift: Nights.
Pay Rate Type: Hourly.
Location: Onvida Off Campus.
Salary Range: Minimum $43.93, Mid $57.10, Maximum $70.28.
The RN Preceptor is committed to lifelong learning with a spirit of inquiry and a sense of duty to provide compassionate, high quality patient care. The Super Preceptor is an upskilled preceptor with enhanced knowledge. They are resource experts, promoting best practices while serving as a mentor on the unit for the new RN graduate. In their role, they round on the floor to support both preceptors and orientees in delivering quality nursing care through educational, social, and emotional support.
