Position Summary

Performs the primary function of a Registered Professional Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, educating, and evaluating a designated group of patients in accordance with all established Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies. Is responsible for managing all assigned personal supplies, equipment on the unit. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

• Education: Nursing Degree Required
• Experience: Previous Outpatient Surgery Experience preferred
• Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri. Current certification in a Basic Life Support required or course will need to be completed during orientation classes, prior to working on the nursing divisions.
