Job summary

Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in the pre-procedure phase within ambulatory surgery settings. You will coordinate care with anesthesia and other departments, ensuring smooth patient transitions.

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, you will assess, plan, and evaluate patient care, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality while upholding organizational standards and quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience and BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Preferred: BSN degree, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the pre-procedure phase within ambulatory surgery settings.
