Trinity Health Livonia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our full-time team on a rotating shift in Livonia, MI. The RN will manage patient care, coordinate treatment, and contribute to a collaborative health care environment in a leading Catholic health system.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree in nursing, MI RN license, BLS, and strong customer service skills; BSN preferred with commitment to obtain BSN within five years. ICU/CCU experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• BSN preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years.
• Current RN licensure in Michigan is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Previous medical-surgical experience is preferred.
• Must be computer proficient and have excellent customer service skills.
• ICU/CCU experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care during a designated timeframe.
• Coordinate and evaluate care, teaching and delegation of patient activities to the health care team.

SUMMARY

The Registered Nurse is accountable for the management of patient care during a designated timeframe.The responsibilities include coordination and evaluation of care, teaching and delegation of patient activities to the other health care team members via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and the environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred or must agree in writing to obtain a BSN within five years.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan required.
• BLS required.
• Previous medical surgical experience preferred.
• Must be computer proficient and have excellent customer service skills.
• ICU/Critical Care Experience strongly preferred.
