Job summary

Piedmont Cartersville is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. You will operate within organizational policies and collaborate with assigned staff to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications include Georgia RN licensure, BLS, and a nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred). No strict experience required; hospital experience is a plus.

The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
