Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Northside seeks a Registered Nurse for the Pre-Op unit to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle. You will apply nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care activities and maintaining standards of practice while demonstrating professional growth and accountability in a busy perioperative setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• No experience required - New Graduates of a nursing program eligible (Required)
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions preferred
• RN - Georgia licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure current in Georgia (Required)
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
