Qualifications

• ADN required and RN licensed in Illinois.
• BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience supporting providers and coordinating patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administers medication as directed by the provider.
• Assists providers with patient exams, treatments, and procedures.
• Documents data and provider-directed information clearly in patient records.
• Cleans, stocks, and maintains exam rooms and work spaces.
• Sterilizes equipment and adheres to infection control policies.
• Plans and evaluates care in collaboration with the care team.
• Coordinates care with appropriate disciplines.
• Schedules patients for diagnostic, therapeutic, or referral visits.
• Performs phlebotomy and basic waived laboratory duties.
• Transcribes data to forms and communicates provider instructions.
