Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg 2 Surgical at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a skilled professional to coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. The role emphasizes safety, therapeutic care, and collaboration with RNs, LPNs, CNAs and physicians to support post-surgical and orthopedic patients.

You will work in a unit with 16 private beds for post-surgical patients and 8 private beds for orthopedic patients,

Formación

• Completed an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care per standards and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and effective communication.
