• Documents care appropriately and follows up on missing data.

Skills

Current Arizona RN license

1 - 2 years experience in pre-operative setting, ICU, PACU, or advanced med-surg unit

Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities

CPR and advanced life support certification

Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities

Education

Graduate of an approved school of nursing
