Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the appropriate state.
• PICU experience is preferred or required by unit needs.
• Commitment to patient- and family-centered care in a high-acuity setting.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other patient care staff.
• Coordinate care for a group of patients and collaborate with the health care team.
• Communicate with physicians and other care providers as needed.
