Allina Health's Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in Golden Valley hospital is seeking a part-time RN to support inpatient physical rehabilitation. The role features a day/evening/night shift mix, 8-hour shifts, and occasional weekend rotation. Minimum 2 shifts per month, with at least one weekend shift preferred.

Required: RN license for MN or WI, BLS certification (AHA, ARC, or Allina in-house). 0–2 years of RN experience; 2–4+ years in rehab preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• 0 to 2 years RN experience, may consider new graduate RN.
• Licensed Registered Nurse – MN or WI as applicable upon hire.

This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. As a leader and the integrator of care, the professional nurse has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for planning, coordinating and evaluating the patient’s care needs. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
