Job summary
Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care within the medical practice and to assist physicians in treatments while completing related clinical paperwork. The role requires a nursing license in good standing, CPR certification (or readiness to obtain within 90 days), and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Knowledge of nursing principles, patient care, exam and treatment room procedures.
- Knowledge of medications, patient education and self-care guidance.
- Current valid state nursing license.
- CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to react calmly in emergencies and communicate clearly.
- Basic computer terminal and keyboard skills to access and enter data.
Responsibilities
- Provides professional nursing care to patients within the medical practice.
- Assists physicians in treatment and completes related clinical paperwork.
