Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide perioperative recovery care, delivering coordinated nursing services for an assigned patient group under supervision and collaborating with other disciplines to ensure a safe, healing environment.

Requires current RN licensure in California, CPR/BLS certification, and preferably a BSN. Acute care experience is a plus. The role includes supervising nursing staff, developing care plans, and evaluating progress toward outcomes.

Qualifications

Job Summary
Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)
• Acute care facility experience (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice (Required)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) certification (Required)
