Job summary

Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is hiring a Registered Nurse on a per diem basis to support top-quality care in the northwest Boston area. Responsibilities include completing assessments, administering medications and treatments, monitoring progress and collaborating with physicians to optimize care, while educating patients and families to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications include graduation from an approved RN program with MA licensure; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Unit-specific experience preferred.

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

This is a per diem position.

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
