Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks an experienced RN to join the FlexCare Infusion Center team in Tulsa, on-site at SE Tulsa and/or Muskogee. The role requires administering IV therapies to pediatric and adult patients, coordinating with providers, and supporting quality assurance initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Oklahoma with 3+ years infusion experience, BLS/CPR certification, and willingness to obtain ONS licensure as needed. Weekend/evening shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• ASN, BSN or MSN Degree.
• Active RN license in Oklahoma.
• Have or willingness to obtain BLS and/or CPR certification upon hire.
• Have or willingness to obtain additional licensure and/or ONS certification within 90 days.
• 3+ years of infusion experience; solid IV skills essential.
• Flexibility for on-call support.
• Pediatric experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients.
• Prepare and administer sterile medications per protocol.
• Monitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervision.
• Communicate with providers and document clinical assessments.
• Support order entry, lab review, and protocol updates.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality assurance.

*** This opportunity will work on-site at our FlexCare Infusion Center in SE Tulsa and/or Muskogee . Schedule for this position will be a minimum of 2 shits a week preferably 11AM-7PM or 8AM-7PM M-Thursday and 2 Saturdays a month 9AM-3PM***

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
