Job summary

Inspira Health Network in Bridgeton, NJ, seeks a dedicated nurse to provide comprehensive patient care and to assess physical, psychosocial, and learning needs. You will develop, implement, and evaluate care plans while delegating tasks and supervising support staff in a collaborative clinical setting.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a BSN/MSN program with NJ licensure requirements, have BLS, and bring medical-surgical experience; psychiatry exposure is a plus for a broad patient mix.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in BSN or MSN within six months of hire and graduate by the third employment anniversary date.
• Current NJ Board of Nursing registration and BLS certification.
• One year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred; psychiatry experience is a plus.

MAJOR FUNCTION:Provides nursing services to patients requiring care. Ability to assess the physical, psychosocial, and learning needs of patients. Develops, implements, and evaluates a plan of care based on those assessments.
