Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced RN to provide pediatric oncology/hematology nursing care at our Mesa, AZ location. You will administer chemotherapy, monitor adverse effects, educate families, and coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

You will contribute to safety, quality assurance, and staffing capacity planning while mentoring new staff and supporting patient navigation to improve throughput and reduce wait times.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with pediatric oncology/hematology certification preferred.
• Experience in pediatric oncology/hematology nursing and chemotherapy administration.
• Proficiency in electronic health records documentation and clinical data reporting.
• Strong patient and family education skills for treatment plans and procedures.
• Patient safety monitoring, adverse event management, and quality assurance participation.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Capacity planning: forecast patient load, staffing, and resource needs.
• On-site patient navigation support to improve throughput and reduce wait times.
• Ability to mentor new staff and contribute to onboarding processes.
• Must be comfortable with performance-based environment and high activity visibility.
