- Provide high-quality pediatric emergency nursing care to stabilize and treat RN - Peds ER patients.
- Monitor patient status, document findings, and communicate changes to physicians promptly.
- Administer medications and interventions per protocols, ensuring accurate dosing and safety.
- Prioritize and triage pediatric emergencies to optimize outcomes and throughput.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and discharge instructions.

Experience/Qualifications
- Current RN license with pediatric or emergency nursing certification.
- Pediatric Emergency Nursing certification (Pern, CPN, or ENPC) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric emergency department experience.
- Strong triage skills and ability to prioritize high-acuity pediatric cases.
- Proficient medication administration with strict dosing accuracy and safety.
- Excellent documentation and communication with physicians and families.
- Knowledge of infection control, safety standards, and quality metrics.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and scope expansion.
- Ability to work on-site with reliable shift coverage and teamwork.
- Willingness to participate in performance metrics and pipeline-driven planning.
