Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients across the lifespan. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within the organization’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care with assigned staff, maintaining standards of practice, and demonstrating professional growth and accountability in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• RN licensure in Georgia (state licensure or multistate license).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced certification in specialty area, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Maintain standards of practice and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
