Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking an experienced RN Pediatric Transport nurse to provide advanced care during interfacility and intra-hospital transports. You will assess infants and children, manage ventilators and critical infusions, and respond to emergencies in ground or air settings.

Collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists and EMS, you will follow pediatric protocols and maintain detailed documentation to ensure safe, family-centered care and ongoing clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Nursing licensure with pediatric or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in pediatric assessment, ventilator management, and emergency response.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and adherence to protocols.

Perform rapid pediatric assessments, deliver age-appropriate interventions, manage ventilators and critical infusions, and respond to emergencies in ground or air transport settings.

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and EMS teams, follow PALS-based protocols, and maintain detailed documentation to ensure safe, family-centered care.

Qualifications & Skills

Nursing licensure with pediatric or critical care experience preferred. Strong clinical skills in pediatric assessment, ventilator management, and emergency response. Excellent communication, teamwork, and adherence to protocols are essential.
