Wise Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced OR RN for a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN opportunity allows nurses to apply their passion for nursing in the OR and provides flexible scheduling with W2 employment.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of OR (Peds) experience, an Ohio RN license, and a BSN in progress or completed. Required BLS/ACLS; PALS preferred. Weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and referral bonuses are offered.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Assist physician in implementing the plan of care and ensure continuity between the patient care unit and OR.

• Pay Rate: $48-$52 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: PRN with flexible scheduling

• Start Date: As soon as credentialing is completed

Requirements

• Minimum 2-year RN experience in OR (Peds)
• Ohio RN License required
• BSN degree required or in progress
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Must have American Heart Associtation Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
• CNOR highly preferred
• Prior pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery and laser experience a plus

Responsibilities

The OR Registered Nurse provides nursing care to our pediatric patients within the operating room, performs assessments and interventions designed to keep the patients safe during surgery. Assists the physician in accomplishing the plan of care for the patient and provides continuity between the patient care unit and the Operating Room.
