Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care for pediatric patients in Charlotte, NC. The position is second shift, from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with competitive pay and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Uses nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for clients receiving contracted services.
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests revisions as patient status changes.
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Intervenes in response to changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and monitors effectiveness.
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols; identifies education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse to work with pediatric patients in their own home in a second shift capacity. The shift is 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needs change
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to appropriate physician or supervisor
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as, monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies areas for healthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting and discharge planning needs, as applicable

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
