Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking licensed RNs to provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes, delivering focused, personalized care with a manageable pace and consistent assignments.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities across full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing clinical support to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.

Requirements

Required:

• Active RN license
