Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our day shift team. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, design and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure safe, quality care.

Job Description

$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR QUALIDIED CANDIDATES

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.

  • Skills required to work in critical care area as defined by unit

  • Basic computer skills – must be able to navigate Microsoft windows based programs

  • Knowledgeable in assigned areas of patient care including health promotion and maintenance
  • EKG knowledge (based on patient population; see document EKG and Advanced Life Support Requirements)
  • Previous experience with Cerner Electronic Medical Record [Preferred]
  • Previous EKG Interpretation Class [Preferred]
  • EPIC [Preferred]
