Baptist Health System - San Antonio TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a nursing job in San Antonio, Texas.

Under minimal supervision, you will provide nursing care for PCU patients, ensure completion of required competencies, and participate in orientation. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and RN licensure in Texas is required. Sign-on bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Texas State RN licensure is required.
• Active BLS is required at hire; ACLS, PALS, NRP and STABLE must be completed within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for a group of PCU patients under supervision.
• Adhere to established competencies and complete orientation requirements.
• Perform duties related to patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
