Cynet Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a PCU assignment in Texas. The role requires 2+ years IMCU and telemetry experience, plus cardiac drip expertise, with BLS and ACLS certifications. This 13-week shift-based opening offers AM hours and 12-hour shifts, focusing on coordinated inpatient and outpatient care.

The RN will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and ensure safe transitions while collaborating with the healthcare team to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IMCU experience required.
• Telemetry unit experience required.
• Cardiac drip experience required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient care by the healthcare team using the nursing process.
• Assess patients and identify nursing diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate responses.
• Promote safe passage and prevent delays in care.
• Delegate interventions based on patient condition and staff competencies.
• Provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement an integrated plan of care.
