Qualifications

• Essential: Three Years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfers and placement of patients entering via the Patient Logistics Center.
• Communicate with surgery, emergency department, nursing units, physician offices and outlying facilities to ensure timely patient placement.
• Ensure paperwork and computer entry is accurate and up-to-date.

Associate degree in Nursing
