Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality patient-centered care in Augusta, GA, working with a dedicated healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

You will document patient conditions accurately, advocate for patients and families, participate in quality improvement activities, and maintain licensure and ongoing education while mentoring colleagues in a compliant, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid nursing license (RN) with multi-state or single-state licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Delivering safe, effective, and personalized care, while maintaining accurate documentation of patient conditions and interventions.
• Advocating for patients and families, addressing concerns, and promoting satisfaction through clear communication and education.
