Memorial Healthcare System in Pembroke Pines, FL, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a specialty unit. You will provide direct patient care in accordance with scope of practice and organizational standards, with a focus on patient and family-centered care.

An accredited Nursing program is required; RN license in Florida; ACLS and BLS; PALS/NRP as needed; minimum one year of nursing experience; ability to work under pressure and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in a specialty unit per scope and standards of practice.
• Delegate patient care to ancillary personnel and precept students or new hires.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including disposition, referrals, and psychosocial support as needed.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition to the care team.
