Job summary

Aria Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin to provide high-quality nursing care for residents and to supervise day-to-day nursing functions performed by CNAs. You will coordinate care with multiple disciplines, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

The RN will administer medications, document resident information, and participate in admission/discharge activities, care planning, and ongoing education to support a safe and healing environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current and active RN license in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Review medication orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Transcribe physician orders.
• Document resident information and notify physician/family as needed.
• Assist in the Admission/Discharge process.
• Complete accident/incident reports and follow-up investigations.
• Participate in care planning meetings and care conferences.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with all disciplines to address resident needs.
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Participate in continuing education programs.
