Job summary

Methodist Southwest Medical Center in the Dallas area is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide high-level nursing care in a fast-paced environment. You’ll use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Texas RN license, BSN preferred, and BLS; you’ll report to the Nurse Manager and contribute to patient experience and mission alignment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN license required.
• Current BLS certification; additional departmental certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and openly with patients and team.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process.
• Be accountable for performance and contribute to patient experience improvement.
