Job summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center seeks a clinically skilled Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, education, and continuum of care planning. You will work with the health care team to develop and implement care plans, coordinate with care teams, and communicate patient information effectively.

The role requires current RN licensure, 1 year of relevant experience, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm with one shift per month.

Responsibilities
