Job summary

Active RN license in Virginia or compact state on hire.
CPR/BLS certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs using standards of practice for the unit.
Partner with patient and family to develop, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
Demonstrate urgency to improve patient throughput and ensure quality care.
Tailor patient education to diverse populations and ensure understanding by patient/family.
Complete all required clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards and regulations.
Delegate and prioritize tasks, recognizing emergencies and coordinating resources as needed.
