Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals in Missouri. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time RNs.

The RN will deliver quality nursing care to patients and oversee care plans, with supervision of CNAs and LPNs as needed. Requirements include an active RN license in the applicable state, a nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's), CPR certification, and preferred1 year of skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Current RN license in the applicable state in good standing.
• CPR certification required on hire or during orientation.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
