NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Director RN to lead the 6 North Med/Surg team at Westchester Hospital in Bronxville, NY. You will oversee daily nursing operations, drive patient experience initiatives, and mentor managers and staff toward exceptional outcomes.

The role requires a BSN, a current NYS RN license, and at least 3 years of clinical leadership experience. A Master’s degree is expected if not already held, within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN; must obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Current New York State RN license.
• American Nurses Credentialing Center national board certification preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
