Job summary

Valley-View-Post-Acute is seeking a qualified nursing supervisor to oversee patients and manage the nursing team at our El Monte facility. The ideal candidate has RN experience, strong leadership, and the ability to handle high-stress situations. Training in administration is a plus.

You will schedule shifts, ensure standards are met, and provide reports on productivity and quality while maintaining compassionate patient care and family communication.
