Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time night shifts at our care facility in Delaware County, PA. You will deliver bedside care, assess residents, and collaborate with the nursing team to create individualized care plans for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
