LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver patient care in a new, private-room acute care unit. You will perform assessments, administer medications, provide treatments, and participate in discharge planning within an interdisciplinary team.

Role Overview: This position involves delivering patient care as an Inpatient RN, following established standards and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, treatments, patient education, discharge planning, and evaluating care effectiveness.

Key Duties:

• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.

• Collaborate with physicians and team members to address patient needs and adjust care plans.
