Job summary

Benedictine Living Northfield is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. This role centers on integrated nursing, including assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining professional nursing standards.

You will develop individualized care plans, administer medications, educate residents and families, and collaborate with a mission-driven staff across the upper Midwest. Must hold a current RN license and be proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Strong organizational and care planning skills.
• Excellent communication with residents and families.
• Knowledge of medications and their correct administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintain nursing standards.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Provide resident, family and caregiver education.
• Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and safety.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic resident care.
