The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring patient care with nursing staff and other health care professionals, ensuring resources are used effectively and outcomes meet standards within an appropriate length of stay. Responsibilities include documenting justified variations based on patient needs and assisting with nursing unit management.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of current nursing procedures.
• BLS required.
• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of West Virginia or a valid compact state nurse license.
