St. Mary’s Health Care System in Georgia seeks a Pediatric? No, RN in the PACU to assess and manage patients recovering from anesthesia after surgery. The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and active Georgia RN licensure, with current BLS certification.
Full-time position on day shift with weekend or on-call expectations as described. Prior post-anesthesia care experience is preferred to ensure smooth postoperative recovery and safe patient monitoring.
Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: The PACU RN is responsible for assessing, planning, monitoring patients after their surgical procedure and recovering from effects of anesthesia.
Week Days with call 4 shifts per week. 10am-8:30pm.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia. Current BLS certification required.
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Experience: Prior Post Operative Care Experience preferred.
