Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an experienced RN for Winchester Hospital, a Magnet-designated regional hospital serving the northwest suburban Boston area. The role involves completing assessments, administering medications and therapies, and monitoring patient progress to evaluate outcomes.

The RN will collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to develop care plans, and educate patients and families to achieve maximum outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• BSN strongly encouraged / preferred
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred

Pay Range:

$36.00 - $90.14 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
