Job summary

University Hospitals in Cleveland is recruiting an RN for the PACU at UH Cleveland Medical Center. The role is full-time (40 or 36 hours per week) with variable shifts spanning early morning to late night, including 5:30am-12:05am coverage.

Job description

This RN position supports the PACU at UH Cleveland Medical Center.

Full Time: 40 or 36 hours per week with variable shifts to provide coverage from the hours of 5:30am-12:05am.Nurses will be on 8, 9, 10 or 12 hour shifts with a variable day off during the week.Shift start times will also vary throughout the week (5:30a, 9:00a, 10:00a, 12:00p and 3:35p).

On-call requirements: Per six week schedule, each RN must be scheduled for 1-2 weeknight and 1-2 weekend nights call.

Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
