Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Prior RN experience in a Skilled Nursing facility is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• As an RN, lead the Clinical Department ensuring residents receive medications and nursing care as per care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and act as a team leader and advocate for residents' safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain high standards of infection prevention and patient care.
