Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for infant/pediatric/adult in‑home care. Our BAYADA Pediatric and Adult Nursing Offices have overnight shifts available, delivering compassionate, excellent, reliable care to clients and families.

We provide onboarding and ongoing training from Day 1, with Clinical Managers available for support. Benefits include weekly pay, flexible schedules, one‑to‑one client care, scholarship opportunities, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you and provide in‑home nursing care.
• Follow doctors' orders and document interventions.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations and evaluations and report changes.
• Provide autonomous care in the home with supportive Clinical Manager oversight.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

• Traditional overnight shifts (8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones
• No weekend requirements
• Client age ranges from infant to adult

What your day looks like with BAYADA:

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Pay: up to $35/hr
