Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Outpatient Surgery Center in Fairfield. The RN will deliver comprehensive perioperative care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree and current RN licensure; OR and critical care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with current state licensure (Nursing).
• Graduate of an accredited Associates or Bachelors in Nursing.
• Experience in OR/critical care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care.
• Assess patient status and develop care plans.
• Maintain safe and therapeutic environment in OR.
