Qualifications

• Experience with EMR documentation and patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients, including urgent and walk-in visits.
• Perform phlebotomy, peripheral IV insertion, and vascular access care.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and ordered treatments; monitor patient response.
• Educate patients and coordinate follow-up care, referrals, and labs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks and communicate with the care team.
• Support LPNs and clinical staff while ensuring safety and infection control.
