Job summary

Aurora St Luke's South Shore in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Orthopedic Medical-Surgical Inpatient Days unit. You will care for patients recovering from procedures in a fast-paced 33-bed unit, delivering evidence-based nursing care across the continuum.

You will coordinate patient care using the nursing process, adhere to policies and standards, and contribute to safe, therapeutic outcomes while supporting a compassionate patient experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• New grads welcomed.
• RN license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Deliver care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to create a safe patient environment.
