Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Orthopedics to work night shifts in Englewood, Colorado. Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse with experience in Orthopedics to join our team. This role involves working night shifts in a dynamic and rewarding environment, providing specialized care to patients undergoing orthopedic procedures, including elective surgeries and trauma cases.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform IV starts, Foley/Straight catheterization, and CPM application.
• Support early mobilization and rehabilitation of orthopedic patients.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an acute care hospital as an Orthopedic RN.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification is preferred.
• Experience with Meditech EMR is advantageous.
